CONATEC, S.A.L. has developed a new range of products, applicable to machinery manufacturers from different sectors, based on SMD technology and maximum versatility concepts. Based on a mother board with different types of analogical and digital input and output, and using a graphic screen with a keyboard that can be personalised concerning its aspect and functions, the system uses tailor-made microprocessor software for each application to obtain a product that adapts to the requirements of the application defined by each customer and capable of adapting to future product developments.

This philosophy provides a number of different applications, such as controlling different types of furnaces, controlling fermentation chambers, controlling industrial paint installations or controlling sterilisation autoclaves. It also allows the personalisation of the equipment for different customers, making it user-friendly by incorporating different operational languages as required. 

The system also includes RS422 communications which, connected to the CONATEC SW6000, not only allows monitoring, handling and configuring equipment parameters and graphs, but also its remote maintenance and control via Internet with the maintenance and installation benefits this provides. Furthermore, it includes an auto-test system capable of checking the state of different control inputs and outputs, performing a fault diagnosis of the system and of the installation.
